RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the natural organic ingredients, and personal nature of our products, we do not provide any exchanges, refunds, or returns for any product currently available on MermaidSoaps.com. MermaidSoaps is not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully before ordering.

If there was an error in your online order, or a problem during shipment that we can assist with, you have 30 DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact Mermaid Soaps regarding your order’s error. Any missing or damaged products WILL NOT be replaced and or credited after the 30 days have expired. Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders regarding Customer Service attention. MermaidSoaps.com is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate and as such will not be replaced.
